Maintaining on this plus at least one day a week where I eat pizza or go to lunch with friends and go overboard . If I didn't do that I'm sure I'd continue to lose. One of these days I'll get it together :P.

Hmm this is interesting because I have been thinking a lot lately how my metabolism will be once I am done losing weight and switching into maintenance. As we know, we slow our metabolism down by cutting our calories a lot. So by cutting my calories down to about 1350, I will surely slow my metabolism down a bit. So I have been wondering lately how many calories I will be able to eat daily once I am in maintenance and not gain. How many calories were you eating when you were losing?
