Diet To Go fan
New to this web site. I've lost almost 40 lbs. on DTG, and have maintained being at a BMI of 25.1 for about 5 months. I am trying to take my success to the next healthy level and lost 7-10 lbs more. I've realized that I have a problem with fear of success. It strangely feels more comfortable being not at an optimum weight than doing all the exersizing and lack of occasional cheating that it would take to get to a lower BMI. Any advice on how to overcome a fear of success?
