Yep, I have always had it too. But picture do not lie! I just found pictures of my high weight and posted them on my blog yesterday. I thought I looked "a little heavy". 275 isn't a little heavy! Yet, when I was thinner I saw a fat girl in the mirror.... My perception is all messed up! That is why have been doing everything this time around to really see it. I'm taking pictures. I'm taking measurements. I'm blogging, I'm doing everything I can to learn and to really undstand where I was, where I am and where I'm going with this journey, because I sure can distort things!

I can relateto this. Last weekend I attended a company outing in a not so little black dress and thought I looked good. Then I saw the photos and I was devestated at what I saw. Those pictures were the final push I needed to get my arse off the couch and get moving.

Found this site and got a food journal (shocking when you log the food you eat on a daily basis) and comitted to getting in my Wii Fit Plus that has been collecting dust!
