Good morning,

I did not want to get out of bed this morning at all, rainy mornings do that do me. We have a cold front moving in drop in temperature of about 30 degrees and possibly snow...I gassed my car up this morning :P didn't want to do tomorrow.

Ruth- I agree with Chelby- not many plumbers will work for free anymore.

Cyndi- I know you will take care of Julie and being home should do wonders for recovery

Cottage- hopefully you get to go home early tonight

Chelby- DD2 is the same way- total wiggle worm at night.

Lees- I cannot get on the scale every day or I would drive myself insane. I can only do it once a week.

Bea- Great job!!

Karen- I have a dentist appointment for this evening. Have fun scrapebooking.

Oh man, my first Ph1 I lost 8 lbs the first week and 6 lbs the second week. If ONLY it were that easy from then on! (Although I remember griping quite a bit more the first time....)

Voodoo only had to use the "potty" once in the middle of the night, so that's an improvement! We're hoping she gets back to 100% soon. She definitely is acting like she feels better, just still peeing more than usual so hopefully she's not still in any pain or discomfort from the infection.

So they're saying 1-3" of snow coming tonight and tomorrow. Hazzah. Voodoo will be in heaven, but that sucks for those of us that have to drive. I hope the meterologists tell us tomorrow morning "JUST KIDDING" as they sometimes do (sorry Dad.)

Anyway back to work, hope everyone is having a glorious day!

The fats can kill you if you don't pay attention. I know on SB we are not supposed to calorie count, but the book does say that in addition to lean meats and lowfat cheese we are allowed 2 tbsp. of other fat per day, and that does include salad dressing and oil to cook with. We really are supposed to stick with lean meats and lf cheese if possible.

That really is a great point, and one that I am going to pay much closer attention to.

TOM is making me have some serious cravings, mostly for spicy stuff. I haven't cheated, but I've eaten more than I had planned, including 4 whole wheat crackers with Franks Red Hot on them. Yes, this month it's that bad. Someone lock me up!!!! Aaagghhhhhh!!!
