My January Challenge goals:
1. follow phase 1.5, no wheat, low GI fruit, no more than 2-3 grain servings/wk
2. drink 80 oz of water/herbal tea
3. eat at least 4c of veggies every day (ideally 4.5 or more but I'm rebuilding)
4. at least 10 minutes of intentional exercise
5. no eating in the car
(must accomplish at least 3/5 for daily point)
