So I ate 1/2 bag of tostitos yesterday
And I was actually quite sick (ie in the bathroom) this morning.
Have been 100% whole foods for a few months now, WOW, just goes to show you how much chemicals and processing can really affect you? It wasn't the calories, that I know.
Back to making my own pita chips

I'd guess the high fat content to be the culprit, myself. In my experience, additives are more likely to cause itchiness, irritability and so forth.
