Yesterday I ate a breakfast rollup with bacon, eggs, cheese in a low carb tortilla. 5 net carbs., grilled chicken salad, 2 boneless pork chops baked with a little bread crumbs and parmesan cheese on it, green beans and squash casserole.

Weight this morning 153.0
