Made the Better Than Tuna Salad tonight and stuffed 1/5 of the recipe into half a ww pita. I used reduced fat mayo with olive oil (I'm not vegan) and used a very small carrot just for the consistency, plus pickle. I didn't want a fishy taste so I skipped the dulce granules, but I may add a dash of cayenne or garlic or something to add a little flavor next time. I really liked it, and it was super filling!
