Default recipes without HNS

Can you recommend recipes that don't use HNS?

Thanks!

I am SO interested in this! Before I got the cookbook, I did a lot of chicken with Mrs. Dash seasoning and oven roasted veggies. Sometimes I'd substitute fish in there. It gets boring rather quickly and I like most of the cookbook recipes that I've tried so far, I just don't like using all the HNS in them! I have traded low sodium chicken bouillon cubes for the chicken bouillon HNS but not sure about others.

One of my favorites in the book without HNS is the turkey sausage. I don't make mine into patties, I just scramble it.

There's a few times I've used unsalted chicken stock (I use Kitchen Basics brand) instead of the MRC Chicken Bouillion supplement. I just really didn't like that supplement, and the unsalted stock is so low-sodium and low-calorie that it didn't affect my weight loss at all.

I just use tomatoes instead of the basil tomato supplement in the cookbook recipes. Either canned without additional salt or fresh. Works quite well.
