Good morning, but wait, it's after noon, so good afternoon.

Rhonda, I don't see your announcement, only Suzanne's about your signature size. I use google chrome. Like it much better than firefox. I don't get all those popups and it's much quicker than firefox. At least for me it is. My grandkids recommended it a couple years ago. All I use now. I NEVER use IE.

Off to do some shopping. I haven't put up a tree. Come to my house Rhonda. We found a small one in the attic, the previous owners left behind. I think I will wait and get one after Christmas when they go on clearance for next year. Just the 2 of us here anyway.

Have a nice Saturday

Hi Ladies

Got up early and went to the PO to stop my mail for the week, boy was it crowded the line almost went out of the door. Than I went to the bank to put some important papers into the safe deposit box just in case of an emergency happens. Going out with Rita this afternoon, after that I will go to the small stores to set some small gifts.

EMS-The cortisone shot worked by night fall and now this morning no pain.

RHONDA-Thanks now that the pain is gone I feel safer to travel by bus,to train to train. I'm going to take it easy and ask for porters help. When i on the SB I can only stay on Phase 1 also,The breads get men into trouble.

SANDRA-Thanks,Sorry about the pain of your new bridge. My sister is suffering from a crack in her tooth that the hygienist did when cleaning her teeth. She had to have the tooth pulled with the dentist pushing her sinuses out of the way to get a post put in her mouth and than next week the new tooth. GEE!!! I wonder what that's going to cost her. Scary thing I have to have my teeth cleaned in January, not looking forward to that, after what happened to my sister.

PAM- Thanks I'm glad to hear that over with also.It took the shot a while to kick in ,but in the evening the pain was gone. Doctor told me I can start exercising again,so I'm now going on my stationary bike and than pull out my walking tape with Leslie Sasame. DD bought the gifts for DGC so I just have to give her money for that. Than the rest are going to get gift cards for the [Outback Steak House] plus small gifts of my sister & family that I can tuck into my suitcase.

Vickie, I understand your wanting to lessen the stress as much as possible. You're doing great maintaining right now. Rhonda has a good idea about the small, prelit tree. Think about it.

I have been thinking quite a bit and have decided to go back on old Core Jan. 1. I know. I know. Another New Year's Resolution. Oh, well, some things never change.

Maybe this means I don't need to weigh Christmas Day?

Too much "busy-ness" for me, too, Vickie. With my hip giving me fits and a bad cold, a tree is the last thing I want to work on. DS put the top of our artificial tree on a table in our family room, and we decorated that. It is around two feet tall and is perfect. The whole process took less than ten minutes. I highly recommend a small tree

Sandra, I will be joining you on core in January. I was more successful with core than any other eating plan. Let's do it together!

Hope you all are having a great weekend.

Good Morning Chicks! You are all awesome. I feel closer to you guys than to some of the people in my life. Thanks for the suggestions and hugs. They do help.

Jim had purchased two new ornaments for me this year. I hung them on the curly light bar in my kitchen on my ceiling fan light over the table. They are very sparkly and make me happy. I told Jim that the light is our Christmas tree this year.

Got all the presents boxed and tissued yesterday and got my applesauce made. Today is the wrapping! Maybe that will perk me up some.

I am definitely going back on Core after the holidays and now too as much as possible. If I combine what I learned on JC......the tiny portions...and the good Core food...maybe even lose that 100 remaining pounds. I'd even be thrilled with the second 50 for now!

Be back later on my break!

Sloan and Vickie, I am very excited to being back on CORE with you.

Maryann, I hope your sister gets relief soon from that aching tooth. I'm back to normal now. Curtis is still aching from the cost, though.

Today we're going to church, lunch, then to fling some arrows. Tomorrow I'm going Christmas shopping with the grands.

Life is good!

Certainly is quiet here today. I hope you're all out having a great Sunday. I'm sitting here waiting on Survivor Finale. Do I need a life?
