Made it through yesterday with no sweets.

B - oatmeal, flaxseed, apple, walnuts, skim milk
L - leftover tuna noodle casserole, string cheese
S - pear
D - pasta w/sauce of zucchini, mushrooms, kidney beans, garlic, onion, chx broth, little half & half, cornstarch, lemon juice, white wine (i.e. "Jessica invents sauce that uses up leftover ingredients")
E - 20 min wog 3:30::1:30 walk::run
08/10/2004: 185 lbs 08/10/2005: 140 lbs 11/28/2005: 130 lbs!
