All this can be tricky. Bringing meal replacement bars is a good call to avoid any issues with liquid packets. As for the meals with colleagues, having a plan can really help you stay on track. Maybe pack some healthy snacks and do a bit of research on restaurant options ahead of time. And if you need more tips, checking out travel up reviews could be handy for staying healthy on the go. Safe travels and good luck with your trip!

ou're absolutely right to think ahead—travel can definitely throw a wrench into staying on track, especially with a program like HNS. I’ve flown with liquid HNS packets before, and while TSA technically allows small packets (under 3.4 oz), they can draw extra attention during screening. If you want to avoid the hassle, I’d recommend sticking to the powdered versions during the trip—they're super travel-friendly, no refrigeration needed, and you can mix them when you're ready to eat.

Fly with the good air company , thats all. Airplane travel is always a challenge when you’re trying to eat clean. I usually pack snacks to avoid impulse buys. Jetblue airways has been one of the better airlines for healthier in-flight options, at least compared to others. Hydration and movement are just as important as food choices when flying

One way is to plan snacks and nutrition bars in advance so you don’t have to rely on restaurants. If possible, take small portions of nuts, fruits or protein powders with you. Sometimes it’s more convenient to have a “mini-holiday” after a working day. By the way, if you want to completely unwind and relax after a busy schedule, I recommend considering short vacations. For example, I recently booked a seychelles boat rental and enjoyed a half-day boat cruise - it’s a great way to relieve stress, recharge your batteries and enjoy the fresh sea atmosphere at the same time.
