  • SLIMplicty -- Don't let this one week get you down...really everyone has had a week like this. Start a new day, plan your meals...sit down with a cookbook and find something new you have never tried. Prep some veggies and put them in a baggie and carry them with you everywhere (carry a big bag of celery)

    You can get back on track stop looking at what you did and look at what you are going to do

    I gained +0.6 of a pound this week. I have learned my lesson..

    I have 49 new weekly points this week. So I can move forward to goal...
