PayPal is easy...person doing the sending just emails an invoice. Once you get invoice, you can set up account. I think in US you can also set up a prepaid shipping label for someone else to print from USPS.
Receiver needs account and sender needs account ... Unless using credit card. However, as far as credit cards go, I THINK the receiver has to have a certain type of account. Also, there are fees associated with credit card use. I THINK it's usually the receiver of the funds that is debited for the fee BUT there MAY be a way to "invoice" thru PayPal and establish who pays. Wish I knew for sure but I'm just a simple user vs power user.
If you PM me your address I will send them to you (if you pay for the shipping, not sure how that works though!) as soon as they get too big for me, if they aren't too big for you at that time!!!

LOL... see... that's part of the reason why I don't have an account with PayPal and just use my cc when I have to use it for an eBay purchase.
The Lee Riders Brand are pretty consistent...if you go in a store (they carry them at anywhere from Walmart to Kohl's), you could see if the Petites might work. Petite inseams usually run about 2 inches shorter than averages. I am almost NOT petite height, but I have a long torso and shorts legs (yay...). So not only do I need petite pants but I have to get LONG torso bathing suits....(double yay...).
Maybe I can go try a few this weekend to get an idea!
