Thanks for all the Welcomes guys Put a smile on my face this gloomy rainy morning here in Aldergrove, BC.

Will be heading to Costco after work to load up on protein, thinking I'll buy chicken breast, fish of some sort and frozen prawns or shrimp. I bought a ton of Veg last night, but when I went to look in my fridge, I had no idea what to make for for dinner, since I got home kinda late. I defenitly need to get organised and plan out some meals so I make sure to keep on track during these 1st strict 2 weeks.

I am going to try a recipe I found on here for the sausage and egg thingy's you make in a muffin tin, but a quick question, how long will they last? Can I make a batch to last me the week? Not sure how fast egg goes bad?

If you make them Sunday they should be okay through the end of the week. They also freeze well.
