I finished up my first week on SBD, and was so proud of myself for planning out all my meals and snacks in advance and not cheating once! Unfortunately I got on the scale this a.m. (I only weigh weekly) and I'm down a whopping 0.5 lbs!
I really expected a lot more. I have had success on SB in the past (a while ago), and I think I may be a "slow loser" but I never remember it being this bad. So much for the promised 8-12 pounds in P1! I know there are a million variables that could affect why I'm not losing, but I'm wondering if anyone else has had little or no loss the first week then seen the pace increase. Not the typical SBD experience, which is making it really hard for me to keep the motivation to stay on it! Thanks!!
