I just tried these videos a few weeks ago and love them. Funny thing is, Leslie Sansone started out in my little town and it took me this long to actually try one of her videos. I love them and do them every day even if I have already did my outside walk too. I did a 3 mile walk with her this morning.
HI, I'm going to join this thread. I have been walking away the lbs since June. I found this thread at the end of last month but wanted to start a new month. Today I did Walk Slim fast & firm 4 really big miles but I did 3 miles.
I too want to know what the big burn is.
Carol - The Big Burn is the name of the dvd that I used. I always post how many miles I walked along with the name of the dvd that I used I really like that one - it's 2 miles of intervals and I like the walking gang on this one too

this morning I walked 2 miles. I used the Walk & Jog dvd.

Hello everyone! So nice to see some new faces here. I am going to do my best to post daily here, at least on weekdays. I've gotten out of the habit.
I did the 4 Mile Fast and Firm w/ band this morning. I am aiming for a min. of 4 miles daily this week, with 5 miles on Tues/Thurs. if at all possible.
