Weighed in for a .6 loss after not weighing in last week because I was sick. It is actually better than it sounds. Until this week I've been wearing short to weigh in, but it is getting cooler so I transitioned to long, knit pants today. They weigh about a pound more than the shorts so I'm really down about 1.6 pounds but it won't show up until it is warmer (by then I hope I'll be to 147 which is 2 pounds above my goal weight...).
We bought a Concept2 indoor rower and I used it for the first time today (since I was sick when it was delivered) and rowed for 23 minutes. More tomorrow....
I have not been motivated at all since Halloween it seems and feel like I'm out of control and eating everything in sight. Doesn't help either that TOM was this past week and my sister/nephews are visiting this week.
Only down about .8 for the week, but ready to get back into it and get back where I was since I've been going up more than down lately!
Eeeek! So....I've done HORRIBLE this week with eating healthy.....But I've still tried to stay within my points.....I got a new scale today....and if it's accurate I've lost nearly 4 pounds this past week!!! I didn't even do that my first week! We'll find out for sure in the morning when I weigh in at work!
