    Didnt make it to my goal and sometimes i think that I shoot to high. But I went through alot of mental blocks this month and managed to lose 4lbs. : ) so i am happy either way

    Didn't reach my goal weight, but I did lose 3 lbs. Better than 0lbs or a gain! 1 lb at a time. I just need to be a little more strict with myself from here on out.

    I am new to this...and wondering if I should buy a scale and weigh everyday. My friend told me you weigh urself everyday for self accountability, I have never done this. What are the reasons? Just curious...lol I weigh 163 today...Thanks gals
