I changed my siggy from my weigh in this morning (195 - down another 2 lbs from last week) I just posted a congratulatory reply to a fellow chick who is doing a great job and there it was: my tracker says "35 lbs lost, 16 to go" and I did a double take - guess I haven't been thinking of it in that way - more of loss/week type thing and not reaaally the bigger picture. 16 lbs seems soooo much more attainable than 51 lbs when I first started out. Makes me kinda giddy this morning. I'm sure many of you other chicks had the light bulb go off that you can lose more than you set your sights on??

Well I think I'm sorta there I know 16 lbs isn't going to be any easier than these last 35, and I will be THRILLED to get there, but this has me thinking...can I actually be 160-150 one of these days if I keep it up?? Finally feeling like I've made some change

Of course you can!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can do it, if you did 35 lb so far you can do anything!!! Good job on your loss so far, it's an amazing progress!!

I had the same realization not long ago when I saw my ticker as well.... I only have 28lb to go till my ultimate goal!! I never thought it would come to this point and it sounds A LOT better than saying 75 lb to go like I would say in the beginning

I can't wait to see your progress pics and your goal pics when you are done!
