I haven't written on here since I started this Challenge. Good Luck, Everyone! I'm gaining instead of losing. Got back on plan today. After being off plan since June. I have gone to the gym some. But not on a regular basis. Also haven't done weight lifting since September 1st. No wonder I gained so much weight back this Year.

SW: 239.8
CW: 247 + 7.2
GW: 219.8

My Christmas present to myself is also to lose 20lbs!

11/07/2011 201.4 [10.4] - on the one hand it's been a heckuva grind for that measly 1.2lbs; on the other hand, I'm half way through my target!

I'm hoping to get back to the 230's by the end of the month. I just got back on plan 11/21 and started lifting weights again. I need to do cardio more too.

I forgot to update my weight on Saturday. I'm almost back to my starting weight. I will have to shoot for 10 LBS but might get more. Good Luck, Everyone!

How did everyone do for this challenge? I was out of town for weekend and Monday. I didn't weigh in until today. I gained weight!
