Is it not until phase 3??? I made a really good granola bar thing with no flour but it has oats...I ate them last time I did SB but am thinking it's phase 3..when can we have oats???
Yes, oats are allowed on Phase II and onward. We have the current, updated food listings for all Phases in our FAQ Stickies. Even after following SBD for over 7 years, I still have to go back and refer to them every now and then if have doubts about a certain food.
I looked at the stickies and didn't see oats...must have totally missed them...so excited to have some oatmeal and oaty products now..been on phase 1 for 3 weeks, I think it's time to transition to phase 2....
When can you have oats?
