Hello
I joined WW 2 weeks ago and now have three meetings under my belt..and 3#s off! This is the 3rd time in my life to quietly join up with a huge national - is WW international band of people bound and determined to get the weight off and our bodies back. I love this website and am here to say good morning and wishing you all strength and awareness today...
Currently I am at home working by myself in my pottery studio - I quit my public school teaching job last June ... to chaotic and abusive and so it is a bit tooooo quiet around here.
So good to see posts and responses
And I also LOVE spagetti squash and have to buy mine at our city market; it is on my list for this Saturdays market buying.

Morning all.

Feeling a bit discouraged today. I have no idea what to eat for breakfast or lunch. I haven't had eggs in a while but don't feel like forcing myself to eat them today. Can't wait till this phase is over, I need bread in the morning!!!! And I have no idea what to do for lunch. Guess packing one is out of the question, I'll have to find someplace close to work. It's not that I feel the need to cheat, it's more that I have to force myself to eat - I'd go without lunch without support. I know how dumb that is though, seen anorexia first hand.

Chilly today, a whole 21* out right now. I need new clothes but don't wanna have to buy NEW new clothes in a few weeks as well. As of this morning 8lbs lost on phase 1 though!

My interview went well and I have a job if I can provide transportation. God will help me with this, he wouldn't have brought me this far, without his plan coming to fruition. Thank u all!

For the most part food as been very op on this trip so I am happy about that lots of good choices and lots of bad I am going with good But I am eating phase 2 as I am having fruit.

Ugh, what an ugly day! Rain and wind and just plain nasty! I compromised with the girls, I picked them up right after lunch and we watched the competitions, live, on the computer. If we'd gone to Harrisburg, I still wouldn't be home yet.
