thanks you guys...i even reposted a edited pic to give a better idea of how much i lost from the low 200's to now. im happy i finally weigh less then what i did in h.s. <3 although do any of you ladies ever have ppl tell u that u shouldnt lose more cuz u look "great" now? hmm i seem to be having that problem with a lot of my guy friends n its kind of annoying to me cuz i dont think i look great yet =/ at least not enough to stop
i do....i dont want to be "thick" i want to be smaller and HEALTHY. And Chubbyhipster, i haven't really been following a plan...just a whole of healthy eating (i.e. more veggies, less carbs, small portions, absolutely no junkfood or fast food), i drink only water and milk now as well, and exercise. basically the good ol' formula of calorines in calories out kind of thing. even though i dont really keep track of it haha.
Do what makes you happy. Don't stop just because of what others think. If you want your goal, you'll get there. You look great, but just think of how proud you'll be when you meet your goal!
