Talking Dear 20 pounds that are gone!
I do not miss you at all!

So exactly 2 weeks ago i was at 300 llbs So heres what ive started doing
and i honestly feel like a new me!!! and im loving it!!

I started at 300 llbs and i weigh myself today to see that im now 280! Which is exciting for me bc im really glad to be out of the 290s!!

I cut out Pork & Beef, fried foods and sweets. and im eating fruit like a mad woman. and i go walking with my Cousin in the park!!!

ANYWAYS im so excited!

Congrats! It's amazing how great you can feel even after a couple weeks! I've been doing this for 12 weeks and feel AWESOME! Keep up all your hard work, and you'll be shocked at how fast your body will change.
