When I do Phase 1, I make a lot of yogurt smoothies. No real recipe but I often make one with Greek yogurt/cocoa powder/Torani sf vanilla syrup
+/- spinach or other green veggie
+/- peanut butter or peanut powder (NOT together with the spinach but I haven't tried it so it might be good even though it sounds icky)
+/- cottage cheese or light cream cheese
+/- Crystal light drink mix powder (Berry is REALLY good with chocolate!)
IF you can have soy, there are soy substitutes for the yogurt and cream cheese. Or you could make smoothies with almond milk, add some ice cubes for texture and maybe protein powder to boost the nutrition
