And you've already lost alot of weight too!! Congrats!
I'm about 170 now but don't know how to change my number...I fluctuate now around 172-173
I was thinking in the beginner my goal weight should be 150 due to BMI recommendations but I am not sure now. I am sure I still have fat on my body and everything, but I want a weight that I know I will be able to maintain. I am good at maintaining this weight
Plus, everyone thinks I look like I'm only 145...I am a size 12 though, so not small. But, I figure that if I do get smaller they will think I look too small if I already "look" 145 to them...

Hi Dagny18, You can change your ticker number at the User CP above and edit profile, i think. its one of them anyway........so I picked 165 as my goal as that is what I weighed at my best while posted to an army base here in Canada. But realistically I will probaby stay around 175 what with getting old and all, and I look at it this way: once you get to where you are comfortable with your body, even though the scale may not be what you want, its how you see yourself. Once you are there, just maintain and live life happy......We'll do this journey together, what do you think

I changed it to 172 since I've just been fluctuating right now.
I think that 172-173 is my "set weight" or what my body thinks I should weigh...I think its 172 was what I weighed in middle school!! I remember a physical exam in 4th grade, I weighed 172...I hated it! I was not fat, maybe overweight...but mostly just "chubby". And I have gotten taller since...so maybe my body is just happy with 172?
Yes, we can do this together! =D

Hey guys, just wanted to say I LOVE TAE BO AMPED!!!! WOW It makes you sore and you feel good and it's really a workout! You get great results! I try to mix it in at least once a week. I have so many different workouts, but yes this is great!

I remember back in college, I gained the freshman 15 and over the summer I was too lazy to change my diet, but I did the basic 20 minute workout for 2 months 5 times a week and lost 25 pounds! Truly amazing! They are great moves!

I don't have an amped stick, but I do have the hand weights. So whatever! It works for me! That mixed with yoga, Turbo Fire, Ab work and ballet- I'm losing the weight!!!!!

I love the Tae Bo series too.

Since I hurt my knees though, I haven't been able to do the kicking or pivoting. I still do most of the workouts though, with resistance bands.

I love the boot camp series - great for motivating me do pushups and the harder ab work.

I absolutely love Tae Bo. I think I have every DVD or pretty close, LOL......so I always come back to it and here again, I am throwing in a couple of Billy Blanks Bootcamp Cardio Inferno along with my Power 90 workout. I only have 22 more pounds to go, but having a real hard time getting rid of them. I do however seem to be shrinking inch wise as some of my clothes that didn't fit say a month ago I can now get into.

So give it a go and I am sure you will find it worth it. As for any joint problems, I have bursitis in both hips and I just modify any high impact moves so it is not jamming the joint.....so far, so good.

Hi all, I have been out of the fitness loop for about 18 mths due to family crisis and a motorcycle accident, but am back looking to start my Tae Bo again. I have unfortunately gained some of my wieght back and need to get rid of it plus the last bit I had left before all went crazy. So will start with my Tae Bo Cardio and move on from there. Starting at 193 lbs today......would love to have a buddy with me thats into this as well, so lets hear from you....
