I tried the mega green tea gum, but it didn't really work for me in terms of weight loss.
I'm not sure about supplements, vitamins, etc and I think what works for people depends on diet and is very individual...I currently take CLA, zinc, magnesium, vita slim multivitamin, vitamin B complex, vitamin A, omega 3,6,9, and a couple niacin tablets daily. As the weather gets colder I also add a vitamin C and D. I have a lot of energy and never get sick or injured, but I can't bode for the weight loss benefits of any of these.
