Kinda I guess, on days where I do a real work out (swimming laps) versus playing just dance, I may allow myself to eat a little bit more than other days, but usually only 100 or so calories more.

I wish I could help - but I'm still experimenting!

I technically started September 1st, eating approx. 1700 per day. If I go over my calories one day, I'll subtract it from the next. One more thing: 3-400 of all my calories come from fruits and veggies (I eat a lot of fruit and big salads!). Some people claim they can lose on more calories, if the calories come from whole foods (due to the higher fiber content and less fat). I dunno. But, I'm monitoring those cals as separate.

I jog approx. 200min. a week (slightly faster pace). My Garmin watch tells me that is approx. 2000 calories per week burned jogging.

I am a female, 29yrs. old, and on the taller side. Also, I live in Europe, so I don't drive to my daily activities, I walk everywhere. I don't keep track of those calories at all.

So far I have lost 3-5 lbs in 23 days (scale/water fluctuations).

I don't eat back my calories, but I have also set my calories higher than many to see what I can lose with. I don't care if the loss is extremely fast - just so that I am losing.

One time I tried eating 12-1300 calories and jogging - I kept failing so it didn't last. I'm not that hardcore. I did lose - but - it was just too hard. I was too hungry.

Anyway, we should keep super good track of our calories and exercise and see what we find out! Lets report back to each other next month!

I confess, I eat it back...exercise makes me ravenous!. I exercise to keep fit not for weight loss as it has never worked for me well...I simply get too hungry and eat back the calories.

I use the LoseIt app on my iPhone and my Polar Heart Rate Monitor. The app calculates my net calories at 800 a day based on my goal of a two pound loss per week. I find that a little low. So, on a perfect day, I will consume 1200 calories and then, burn 400 calories through exercise.

I want to lose weight in a range (1.25-2lbs per week) any where in there is fine - so I don't eat them back, but I set my goal a little higher than the 1.5/week mark...
