I saw a drop today. It may be mt "whoosh" moment. I hope it sticks around because gaining the weight you lost back again sucks.

Sept 12 127.2
Today 125.4 (total of 3.8 lb lost) 1.2 more to go and I think it will take me 2-3 weeks before I lose that.

Way to go on the loss SC. I'm switching my weigh in day from Thursday to Sunday because I joined Sarge's platoon. The new weigh in does not a happy me make. I gained over the weekend.
