Default Parasite cleanse

Has anyone ever done a parasite cleanse? If so, what was your experience?
Ive heard and read a lot about these pesky little suckers and the havoc they wreak on our bodies, from chronic skin conditions to bloating, gas and fatigue! I've read that most of us host some sort of intestinal parasite, if not many! We pick them up from things like fruits and veggies that arent properly washed, sushi and our pets, to name a few.
So, my husband and I began one this weekend that will take several weeks. I am anxious to see how it might affect our overall health!
If you've done one, please share your story!

I've never done one. Why do you think you have parasites?

Im not certain that i have one but i do believe my husband does. He has had some unexplained skin issues, fatigue, digestive issues...Been researching for a while now and "parasites" seem to be a recurring theme in our search. We decided this is probably a good place to start. And as common as its said to be, we thought we should rule it out. My FIL did one some years ago as a doctor suspected he did. Sure enough, he did the the cleanse and he felt immediate relief once he completed it. (Not sure what he had going on though)
So were doing it together. Weve had a dog in our home for many years and that is one of the many ways of getting one.

It's easy to find out if he has them through a fecal test. I suspected parasites earlier this year and didn't have any, but I did have a severe gut dysbiosis where my gut bacteria was way out of balance. Two of the three good bacteria normally present were missing entirely, and I had three bad bacteria that shouldn't be present at all.
