Book-based plan suggestions for 40-something bride-to-be?
I am looking for suggestions for a diet plan that is book based and utilises normal foods/cooking. I previously lost 20lbs on Herbalife, and another 20 on the Metabolic Research Centre when I lived in the States. I have since moved to Ireland, and I'll be getting married in December. I'd like to lose about 20-30 lbs in the next six months before the wedding while cooking my own food and following a plan that I can incorporate into my life.
Any thoughts on book-based (i.e. non pre-packaged or weight loss centre based plans) that have been successful for you?
