Question Went off Anti Anxiety Med and lost 10 Lbs

I had been taking for several yrs. Then I noticed that by the end of the month there were always about 10 missing. Not sure how. So I decided to go cold turkey. Then had so much difficulty sleeping the first 3 days that I reduced -10 lbs w/in a week. I gained 2 lbs yesterday but am still very motivated to workout more and am Happy to see that my body's metabolism is faster now w/o that stupid drug to sleep at night and watch my thighs chunk out , and my belly to bloat during the day,drug! No more, I feel a bit anxious but feel more driven to anxiously work out at the gym or walk more. This nervous anxiety is going to help me to eliminate my distended and bloated jelly belly and thunder thighs as soon as humanly possible. I also am taking more B6 and an entire slew of multi vits and Green Tea as well as water down juice and smoothy drinks during the day to deal with my hunger cravings. It just feels good to feel anxious actually.This anxiety is fueling my weight loss I truly believe.
