I drink two or three iced coffees a day, but I'm really intrigued by the bulletproof coffee thing. What do you use in yours,

andrew, it is interesting to find what triggers hunger in yourself. Sugar and carbs do for me - the more carbs, the more I want more! Mostly I fill myself up with veggies, that keeps me comfortable and happy. Glad you are finding a sweet spot to be in.

Is your son also trying to drop 10? What a great contest! As for my son, sigh... He regained a bit of weight but he's hopefully learned some things. And he is trying to regulate his sweets and junk, but you know it is so hard when the other sibs and Dad are munching away. Smh.
