My weigh in is Friday so as I was 205.2 last Friday I am guessing I hit it. 3 days completed on my 12 week slim down regimen. First time other than being sick I have maintained under 1300 calories a day. Totally not hungry either. He wants me to be round 110gms protein. 135 gm carbs 35 grams fat. My shoulders are sore from yesterday's shoulder chest weightlift. Tomorrow is back/abdominals.
