I started working out with a trainer AND doing weight watchers at the same time. I put on muscle really easily which my trainer confirmed. One week I didn't lose weight and the lady at WW wanted to know what my problem was. I wanted to scream, my waist was smaller, my clothes fit better, and I had more muscle that week. This was seven years ago. I was at 185, got down to 180 and then with more exercise, started to creep back up. Of course now I'm 215, but the last 20plus lbs are from steroids after surgery.
