When I first started, I logged everything on paper. After a while I quit because I sort of knew how much I was eating because so much was the same everyday, like cereal and yogurt and fruit.

I did try Fit Day and liked all the info it provided. I just think it takes too much time sometimes so I have trouble logging it all in regularly.
