Does anyone have any suggestions for some healthy/weight loss/ food or bento/lunch blogs? (Sorry.. that's a lot of slashes!) I follow some blogs, but they aren't usually geared for weight loss and I was looking for a change.
Good question! I've recently discovered Skinny Taste. All recipes come with serving size, calorie count, macro-nutrients and WW point counts. It's pretty neat!
I'd love to find other blogs like this one. Hopefully other people contribute their finds.
