Default Wk 2, day 3

I'm having such a hard time keeping going. It's hard for me to get out of bed so early when I "struggle" throughout the night with baby girl. Now I've got two kids in bed with me (I have NOTHING against co-sleeping!!!) who both want to be on top of me (or schoochied up to my back). It's just hard to get up @ 5.

I've GOT to find my mojo & get my self in motion!

I updated my stats. Not as good as it could be, but all on me because I'm not working the program the way I should be!

TMI alert: this week is that TOM, so I really need to STICK TO IT! I'm craving salty & sweet. I'm low-carbing, so yesterday I melted some cheese for the salt and made some sugar-free jello for the sweet.......We'll see.

Didn't do the video this morning--rode the stationary bike instead. It's a 30-year-old Vitamaster (kind of like a Schwinn Airdyne) that works the arms and the legs. Trust me, I broke a sweat

I'm getting a little burned out with Jillian.

I ordered Sweatin' to the Oldies 2 & Leslie Sansone's "You Can Do Pilates!"

I'm going to start alternating some when those come in.

I've been eating low carb since July 25th. Wednesday, my husband and I had a "date day." For lunch I had a Whopper Jr. from Burger King. For supper (@ 9:30 at night) I had a Subway Pizza Sub on flat bread, a bag of cool ranch Doritos, 3 cookies and a Dr. Pepper. Bad, bad, bad.....I felt like I was going to DIE yesterday!!

I didn't measure today because I was running late and one of my little ones "hid" my tape measure.

I can definately feel a difference in my clothes & my body, though.

It's weird to be able to lay on my back in bed & feel a hip bone!

I am happy to announce that today I am wearing size 20 blue jeans for the first time in many many years!!!!

Still have a muffin top, but I've got it under "control," so it's not as bad as it could be!
