Default How do you count marinades?

This question has been on my mind for some time. For you CC'ers and WW'ers how do you account for marinades used? For example, last night I made Teriyaki Chicken. I put in about a cup of marinade, but I am sure I threw out that much too. Do you measure it before you throw it and account for it that way? Do you not worry too much about it? Do you count like 2 T per serving? I am baffled.

I usually count the equivalent of about 1 T worth of calories for the marinade.

I don't count them at all. But I generally marinate in things that are negligible in calories - vinegars, soy sauce, herbs, spices, etc. with a wee bit of olive oil.
