Well its been about four months now....
Well just thought that I would check in with everyone. It has been about four months now since I started my weight loss journey for the last time. I am happy to say that I am down a total of 45 lbs. Honestly it hasn't been that bad, i do have my off days, but I have lost weight every week since i started even if it is a few ounces. i only weigh in once a week and that is on fridays. i feel so much healthier already even though i still have a long way to go. I have been taking a new pill or new to me shall i say called A.C.E. ,,, I LOVE it. it is an all natural herbal pill that stands for appetite control energy. it gives me tons of energy without feeling jittery and i am not hungry like i used to be. i love it. dont know what i would do without it. but like i said i am just in the beginnings of my weight loss journey. i weighed in this morning at 339.4, so i have a long way to go still, but i am committed to this journey this time. Its time that i do this the correct way and do it for me and no one else!!!
