Oh, well that could be too much fiber to start out. Since I consider something like that a "treat" I would eat 1/2 of one per day. Since being diagnosed with diabetes, I nixed the fiber bars and switched to All Bran Crackers for my fiber. 8-10 per day is all I need.

I don't think they contain those ingredients, but looking at the ingredients list can be confusing, because half the things they list, I don't know what they are. LOL

About 4 months ago I bought them and didn't think of eating 1 and 1/2 bars for breakfast and part of lunch...I say this with a sense of humor but by mid afternoon I felt like my stomach was going to explode. The gas and bloating was horrible. I've had them here and there since with little problem, they are very good but they are definitely FIBERFUL :-).

I can eat fiber like it's no one's business- but one little fiber one bar makes me sick. I think it's something specific about those bars.

Default questionable

I too ate the brownies and enjoyed them one per day until the box was gone...then I had stomach cramps and was way too regular until everything cleared my system. I also experienced "flatulence" as others stated....ugh! May try them again but limit to much less often!!

It might have something to do with the hickory root fiber that's in them. That does funny things to me.

90 calorie Fiber One brownies, while are so delicious they caused everyone in my family pain, gas and well you know..I believe that is your issue for sure. I will not buy them again because it was so terrible and I'm talking men, women and children. Lets just say it was a long weekend in our home. :-)
