Well, It looks like the last time I logged in to this site was around the middle of September last year
A lot has happened in that time, though. First we moved to a great new house in October and then we found out in November that I was pregnant! So... fast forward to now, I delivered baby Noah on 7/15/11, and am ready to re-start my weight loss journey. I am back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 238 lbs, so I am basically starting out where I left off..
I will be counting calories and working out to lose weight. Though since I had surgery to get my tubes done the day after i gave birth, I won't be cleared for working out for a few more weeks. I am eating 1600-1800 cals per day (will adjust if/as needed) My long term goal is 145lbs, but my main goal for now is to reach onderland. I am hoping to hit 199 by the end of the year.
