I live in Crestview, too, off of PJ Adams! I go to the center in Shalimar, LOVE THEM!!! The plan does work, if you work the plan (quote stolen). I have lost 50 pounds so far and have 17 to go.

I've had lots of questions from the start. My consultation took almost and hour and half because I've had so many. And any time I think of one I call. Trying to do this right and not mess it up.

Wow Trudy. I live off John King and I also go to the one in Shalimar. I go this Friday for my first class.
