Hey all! I'm FINALLY out of the 240s (barely - lol - 239.8)!! I swear, the 240s were the never-ending decade for me. Anyway, I'm more than ready to hang out here for awhile.
I've noticed my weight loss has been slowing down since I left the 250s behind. I've been losing about a pound a week since the holidays. I'll take it, but I'd LOVE to see two pounds per week instead of just one. I guess it would help if I could be more OP on the weekends, since it seems I spend Mon-Tues re-losing the water weight I gain over the weekend. LOL!
My plan going forward through the 230s/220s is to use my tracker on myfitnesspal daily, as well as get myself to the gym at least 4 days per week.
