Default Cereal for Phase 2?

I am gearing up to start Phase 2 at the end of next week and am wondering if there are any cereals that you would recommend? Having my breakfast cereal is one of the things I miss the most, so I would like to start with adding this if possible. Any good ideas?

Here's a link to a thread concerning approved Phase II cereals that may help -

http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/2862471-post85.html

Cold: choose ones with 6g or more fiber and 8g or less sugar
Hot: serving sizes vary check the label for recommended amount. Choose whole grain and slow-cooking varieties (no instant types) with at least 3g fiber and no more than 2g sugar

The red berries cereal has rice listed first (not brown rice), sugar listed 3rd & HFCS in it. With 9 Gms of sugar, only 3 Gms of fiber and not whole grain (the rice), it's not the best choice. The blueberry one has sugar, corn syrup & corn starch in it.

My favorite is plain old Cheerios. Sometimes I have it has my after dinner snack too...lol I like to put sliced bananas or strawberries in it sometimes too.

I eat Kashi heart to heart, it's like cherrios. I know Kashi brands have many SB approved varieties. As Cottage said, go by ingredients and nutrition labels.
