i just spent a whole day with my bff which is usually very stressful for me when i'm dieting. so i made luch pretty much normal stuff mashed potato, veggie fried fingers but with no oil and a salad and she hates vegetable so she ate only mashed potato and then we went to mcdonalds because she eats only junk and i never eat there. i only ordered latte macchiato and i had some cookies with me.i don't get it, she eats so much junk food like all the time and she's not fat at all. and she doesn't even know the word exercise. i'm so jealous because of that. it's so easy for some people to be thin.
