has anyone tried these? I don't have time to make my own in the mornings and saw these and wondered about them.

I haven't tried them but they look okay for low-carb, depending on what else is in them. I am sure they are full of preservatives and whatnot, but if that is not a problem for you, then go for it! If it helps you stay OP then more power to you!
