Whew! It's hot out there. I've been over at the Fairgrounds all morning and have just come in from watering my OWN gardens. The only good thing about our 93º is that guys keep saying I look HOT!

I am about to finish up my stew with some veggies - stew tastes better on day 2 - and then will soak in the tub and try to figure out what to wear to the official opening at 5 tonight.

Hang in there, Beachies. This too shall pass!

Good morning beachies! Though it barely counts as morning even where I am. Super busy day today, but in the good productive way. Fit into some pants this morning that were uncomfortably snug previously. Now they are just right.

Congrats, Ruth! What a fun secret.

Sorry I didn't make it here til now but I've been melting all day. It feels like 115 degrees here today. FOR REAL!

Lots of stress at work is making me nuts. I need a stress reliever that's not food

Hello Ladies! I am new to the group/forum. I started SBD one month and one week ago (tomorrow), I have lost 6lbs so far (may change tomorrow when I weigh in)! I just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Morgan and I happy to be joining you ladies. When everything else I tried didn't work, SBD has given me hope!

Bea, I think we're a bit more than 20 minutes apart. I live in the western suburbs of the Main Line. As far as horseback riding lessons go, I would suggest you find a good riding school that caters to children your ages. Sorry I can't be of more help. BTW, I've been using the same method as your mother for getting the kids to clean their rooms. And I mean what I say, LOL. It works!

Holy moly is it hot. Too hot even for the pool.
