Yea cardio recovery LOL. I did it today too! It is sort of boring but at least you feel nice and loose afterward. Push it hard for the fit test you can do it! It's awesome that you are feeling like it's getting easier! That is the best! I forgot to ask if you are also doing the nutrition plan? That has been helping me a lot. I don't do it exactly but I follow the calories and main gist. Get through recovery and then on to more torture lol! Great job!

Tomorrow will be day 6 for me! I took my rest day early since yesterday my fiance and I spent the day moving giant rocks for my parents retaining wall. My upper body was sore today!

I'm pretty excited to be sticking with the program. I'm getting married at the end of August so I want to look my best. My two friends are doing P90X daily so we report to each other since we plan to switch eventually. I absolutely hate cardio, which I think is why I am love/hating Insanity so much...it's forcing me to do something I hate but have always wanted to work on. I've only done 5 days and I'm already noticing very subtle differences, so I am excited to see what the next 55 days have in store

Default Day 7!

I just finished day 7, cardio and resistance. I can't tell if I am getting any better at it or not. I wasn't feeling super motivated so I did the bare minimum, but burned 392 calories according to my heart rate monitor!

How's everyone else doing out there?
